FAQ's

*Will you work on (insert brand name)?  

Yes, we work on all brands of equipment.

*Can you fix it at my house?   

No, all work/repairs take place at the shop.

*Are you able to pick up my machine? 

Yes, we offer local pick up and delivery.

Fees vary depending on location. 

*Can I drop off my machine after hours or on a Sunday?

Yes, there is a drop box with

 instructions and tags by the front door.                

Be sure to include the date, your name and your

phone number.  Please include the 

reason(s) for drop off.  PLEASE print clearly.

Attach the whole tag to the machine.

*How long will it take to get my machine back? 

We do our best to have the quickest turn around

times. Most items are ready in 2-3 days, however

if we have to order parts or it is a larger job that 

could be additional time.

*How much does labor cost?  

$105/ hour (subject to change)

*Can you give me an estimate over the phone?  

Unfortunately, no, we have to see the machine in

person to diagnose the problem and be sure

there are no other underlying issues. We are

happy to call with an estimate after we have had

the chance to diagnose it. Diagnostic fee is $52.50.

 

*How much is a tune up/annual maintenance? 

Please see our 'Services" page for up to date

pricing.

 *What parts do you carry?  

We have 1,000's of parts in stock. We also carry oil, lube,

spark plugs, air filters, shear pins, and other tune up supplies.

If we do not have a part, we are happy to order it for you.

*Do you sharpen lawnmower blades / chainsaws? 

Yes, we also carry blades, chains, files, and bars.
